We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to the need for cancellations. If you must cancel an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 2 hours' notice.
Please be aware that clients who do not honor their appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we work to provide the best service to all our clients.

Please note that due to high demand and limited availability, we no longer accept walk-in requests. We highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred time slots.

Late Appointment Arrival
To ensure optimum service, we recommend you arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time. If you do arrive late, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled.
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will still be available, and you may be subject to a no-show fee. Your punctuality is appreciated as it helps us maintain our scheduling and provide the best service to all our clients.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 2 hours' notice is required to cancel any appointment. No-show appointments or late notice cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the missed scheduled services. We will make every effort to fill the vacant slot. If we are able to do so, you will not be charged for the cancellation.

Service Guarantee
We strive to begin appointments no later than 5-10 minutes past the scheduled time. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please reach out to us within five business days of your appointment. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will gladly arrange to re-service you to address any concerns.
